1. Power of attorney

Upon acceptance of the offer, the client shall submit the power of attorney to us in the form of a power of attorney. The letter of entrustment shall include the following information: information of consignor and consignee, name of port of origin and destination, container type, name of commodity, gross weight, volume, date of shipment, etc.

2, booking

After receiving the power of attorney, we will book the shipping space with the shipping company. When booking space, we will choose the best route according to the client's requirements. After booking space successfully, we will inform the client in time.

3, do box

The team shall obtain the equipment handover form and pick up the containers from the depot to the client's factory for loading or the client will directly send the goods to the designated yard or warehouse of our company for packing.

4, customs declaration

The client will provide the customs declaration materials to our company, and our company will forward the customs declaration materials to the customs for examination. After the examination is correct, the customs will declare to the customs for export, and the customs will release the goods after passing the examination.

5. Confirmation of bill of lading

Prepare b/L according to the power of attorney and confirm b/L with client, ensure the accuracy of b/L content is consistent with client's requirements.

6, pay

Our company will send the expense confirmation form to the entrusting party, and the entrusting Party will pay the relevant expenses to our company after confirming the correctness.

7, sign the bill

Issue b/L as requested by client.
